About Me

I have over 35 years experience in the creative industries working as a Creative Producer in film, digital, publishing, radio and content creation for large Visitor Attractions and experiential installations worldwide. 

I understand the challenges of team dynamics only too well and have experienced the stresses of being part of a fragmented team at times, when based in a foreign country for many months. Working with varied cultures has taught me the importance of emotional intelligence and awareness of unconscious bias in business dealings and

communications globally, and the need to listen to others.

I was awarded Mentor of the Year 2022 by the University of Surrey, UK after hosting Mentoring Circles with Undergraduates and Masters students.

Most of my sessions are hosted on Zoom.  My group sessions can be delivered face to face in real life.
